Zoe Yeh (TW) and Juliana Höschlová (CZ) / Untranslatable Approaches

It is a pleasure to invite you to a lecture by Zoe Yeh* and Juliana Höschlová**. During the lecture will be introduced a Taiwanese project, young Taiwanese artists and finally an introduction of a new project “An Experiment on Cultural Translation”, which is also an open call for young artists to participate in.

Despite of the language and cultural differences barriers, the project is about two individuals who tried to understand each other in variable dimensions. You are invited to share our experiences and start a new page on your own.

* Zoe Yeh is a young curator from Taiwan who focuses on East Asia cultural comparative research. Besides reviews and articles on local magazines, she also works as a editor and translator.

** Juliana Höschlová is a student of Academy of Fine Art in Prague. She realized a project mapping the Taiwanese contemporary art in the collaboration with Zoe Yeh.
